1. Scope of Services

Le Concierge Club Group (“LCC”) provides airport hospitality services and licensed Fixed Base Operator and aviation ground support services at Accra International Airport, Accra.

Services include arrival and departure facilitation, lounge access, flight support, ground handling coordination, crew logistics, security coordination, and related aviation services.

2. Regulatory Framework

All services are delivered subject to applicable regulations issued by the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), airport authorities, immigration, customs, and aviation security bodies.

Clients acknowledge that regulatory authorities retain ultimate operational control over airport processes.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LCC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including operational delay or loss of business opportunity.

Liability arising from the provision of services shall be limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.

4. Force Majeure

LCC shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including governmental action, airspace restrictions, airport closures, security incidents, or weather events.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana.

Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the agreed arbitration clause between the Parties.
