Refund Policy

1. Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

2. Full Refund

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

3. Partial Refund

Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before service will receive a 50% refund.

4. No Refund

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

5. Special Circumstances

In cases of flight cancellations or emergencies, we will work with you to reschedule services.

6. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will appear on your original payment method.
